"Serene Waters" A Horizontal Fine Art Print
This place, at the edge of the dock, I imagine myself sitting with my toes dipping in and out of the water, creating ripples that travel outward to the edges of the lake. I close my eyes and centre my breath so I that my awareness expand. Opening me up to see and feel glimpses of the unseen, offering their support and guidance to keep going.
This piece is what brought me back to art as a part of my creative expression and inner work. The creating of “Serene Waters” provided me an initiation for a different relationship with my dad since his passing. He was the one that taught me to draw, and every time I sit down in my studio to create something new, I invite him in to help me. It's transformed grief and offered me an outlet that cultivates healing not just for me, but for you also.
This Fine Art Print was created from my original nupastel painting and is printed on acid free, flat cold pressed fine art quality paper (340 g/m²) with a giclee large scale professional printer and hand-cut in studio. This artwork is hand signed by Ashley and will arrive in a protective tube or mailer.
